However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — quickly and hassle-free.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

📌 The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, installed, or tampered with
  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
  • Damage caused due to improper use, installation, or external factors

🔄 Replacement Process (Preferred Resolution)

At hammer, we prioritize quick replacements to ensure minimal inconvenience.

How it works:

  1. Contact our support team with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos showing the issue
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved:
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available)
      OR
    • You may be requested to ship the product to us
  4. After inspection, your replacement will be dispatched promptly

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Replacement product is not available
  • Reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Credited to the original payment method

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in select locations across India
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable:
    • Customer may need to self-ship the product
    • Shipping charges may be reimbursed (subject to approval)

  • For issues after usage, please refer to our Warranty Policy
  • Most hammer products come with a 1-Year Replacement Warranty
